On September 22, 2026 AWS made GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna generally available on Bedrock. OpenAI’s internal eval found Sol makes about half as many factual mistakes as GPT-5.6 Sol. GPT-6.1 Sol followed on September 29, Ultrafast on October 8, and GPT-6.1 Terra on October 26 at half the price of 6.1 Sol. This post covers the lane routing.
Palaniappan PAssemble the hold reason, aging, and promise-to-pay. Finance releases the order. The agent does not. The account-manager list still caps at 5 priorities. A hold is one of those 5, not a button.
Palaniappan PTell the shopper whether the order is in the return window and offer an exchange first. Do not buy the label and do not call createRefund. Where-is-my-order is about 18% of tickets; this is the next slice, not a second cashier.
Palaniappan PChecked 11 Oct 2026: Jev 1.13.0 is still $0.042/MTok, now published at 80 requests/s and 100,000 tokens/s. On AWS it remains an external System-1 sidecar next to Amazon Bedrock, not a Bedrock model.
Palaniappan POn Sep 18, 2026 AgentCore microVM Runtime V2 went GA. AWS P75 cold starts were 1.9 to 2.0s vs 5.4 to 30s on V1, but consumption rates rose to $0.1276/vCPU-hour and $0.0169/GB-hour. Memory reclaim waits 120 seconds.
Palaniappan PYour copilot and a third-party shopping agent should read the same facts as add-to-cart. Baymard still puts cart abandonment at 70.22%. Agent-ready is structured data, live ATP, checkout-true price, and APIs, not autopilot checkout.
Palaniappan POn Monday the AM desk gets an agent that caps accounts requiring attention at 5 rows with evidence on each. Sales still owns the call. Demo dollars are fixtures.
Palaniappan PSomeone asks ChatGPT which shoes to buy and lands on your site. Adobe put July 2026 AI-referral traffic to U.S. retail +62% YoY. Score whether an outside agent can read your stock and price before you buy another chat widget.
Palaniappan PMonday, the onboarding checklist. An agent collects docs and drafts setup. Credit limit stays null until a person signs, and the agent never guesses a $50k starter limit.
Palaniappan PFinance has historical spend. Ops needs who to call this week. Score attention from paid orders plus risk, and do not overwrite CRM cash. Cart abandonment is 70.22%, which is not your VIP list.
Palaniappan PWhy did apparel drop? Ask with five named tools and a time window, without a warehouse dump or a TikTok story. We are not publishing a 40% insight lift.
Palaniappan PWeek one: a catch-all Lambda wraps Shopify Admin. The prompt says read-only. cancel and refund are still in the schema. Browser off, because support pilots with Browser hot ran roughly 3× the spend.
