Missed calls, codes, receipts, and refunds each have a home. We build that home.

The mail volume we have published is TargetBay, 200 million-plus emails a month on Amazon SES.

Is EngageX a different product from Amazon Connect? EngageX is how FactualMinds packages Amazon Connect Customer, Amazon Bedrock, and your systems of record into one desk. On the Own It plan it runs in your AWS account. Migrations, Cases, and Contact Lens on an existing Connect instance still run as consulting.
When is Communication Developer Services the right buy instead of EngageX? Choose EngageX when you want the desk: voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and email, from $699 a month. Choose Communication Developer Services when you want the send path in your own account, with registrations, SES for receipts, and an agent that may look up an order but may not refund. You do not have to take both.
Where does Amazon SES sit in that stack? SES is the email channel inside Communication Developer Services. Receipts and long answers go there, not into an SMS. It is also its own engagement: authentication, inbox placement, migration, and queued sending. The volume we have published is TargetBay, at 200 million-plus emails a month.
What does AgentCore do that a chatbot does not? AgentCore is the substrate. An isolated runtime, a Gateway every tool must pass, memory with access control, and the caller’s identity on the request. A refund or a price change is a permission evaluated outside the model. We have not published an agent delivery case study. The pricing calculator is the public way to read the bill.
Do we have to replace our CRM or ERP? No. EngageX connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, SAP, and NetSuite and keeps them in sync. Orders and quotes stay where they already live.
Are you an AWS Communication Developer Services partner? No. FactualMinds is an AWS Select Tier Services Partner and an AWS Marketplace seller, with 50 or more AWS certifications on staff. We build on Communication Developer Services. We hold no designation for it, and we have no published SMS, RCS, or WhatsApp engagement. Our production messaging proof is Amazon SES.
What changed with Bedrock Agents Classic? On June 30, 2026 AWS renamed the original Bedrock Agents to Bedrock Agents Classic. It entered maintenance for new customers after July 30, 2026. Existing Classic deployments keep running. Net-new agents should start on AgentCore.
What must a person still approve? A refund, an address change, or a price change. The agent may look up an order and propose the change. Gateway will not let it complete the write. On EngageX, a claim, a technical question, or a VIP routes to a person with the conversation attached.
A working session on your channels, or EngageX plans from $699 a month.
